Cascade Creative Recovery
Cascade Creative Recovery is a peer-led community of recovering people. The majority of our staff, board of trustees and volunteers are in recovery, having followed various paths and used different tools to attain a chance of living a fulfilling and rewarding life. Many of us have experienced homelessness, family dysfunction, isolation, a feeling of hopelessness and despair.
However, today we use that lived experience to guide, encourage and inspire people out of a place of brokenness into a feeling of connection and community. We have 10 years experience of running creative, wellbeing and support groups. We are non-judgemental and easily accessed. If you are over 18 and feel the need, or are just curious about what and who we are, then get in touch.
Timetable
All our groups are drop-ins at the Brighthelm Centre, 40 North Road, Brighton BN1 1YD.
We support adults 18+ in recovery from alcohol and drug misuse.

- Board games - Jenga, Backgammon, Connect 4, Battleships, Kerplunk, Cluedo...
No choir until 25 April.
Next Open Mic night will be Saturday 4 April from 6.30pm and every first Saturday of the month.
No open mic 2 May (no open mic that month).
Karaoke will be on Saturday 18 April. 6.30pm and on every third Saturday of the month. .
Building work is back on, so the entrance to the Brighthelm is currently via the garden on Church Street, not North Road..
