Most of our groups are drop ins, which means you don't have to sign up or stay to the end, but we do recommend you arrive just before the start of the session.
Not sure where to start? Just come along to Cuppa Connections and have an informal chat with us.
All groups are on 3rd floor, Brighthelm Centre unless stated otherwise.
