Join us at our weekly wellbeing drop-in classes with our experienced facilitators. No experience necessary.
Ease into the week
Start the week on the right foot with a gentle, supportive 45-minute class. Includes breathwork, self-massage techniques and guided meditation. Mondays 11.00am to 11.45am.
Yoga
Relaxed, friendly, inclusive yoga class. Suitable for beginners and more experienced alike. It's popular, but numbers are limited to make sure everyone gets individual attention. Pop into Cuppa Connections to sign up with Briony for when there's a vacancy.
Tuesdays 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
Chi Gong
Also known as Qigong. Standing still and gentle movements calm the mind and open the body for both energy and relaxation. In summer we meet outside in Brighthelm Gardens (weather permitting). Otherwise 3rd floor. Wednesdays 5.00pm to 6.00pm
Mindfulness
An hour-long mindful meditation class with mindfulness facilitator and teacher. Includes breathwork, sound and poetry. All levels welcome including beginners. Arrive on time but leave when you feel like it. Thursdays 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
Mindful Walks
Being in nature is a gateway to the present moment. Every quarter join us for a quiet, gentle country walk with some guided meditation. Weather permitting and bring suitable clothes, water and snacks. In various locations in the Brighton area. Contact us for details of the next one.
